It is all focus now over on the European PGA with the PGA’s FedExCup action having been done and dusted. The Alfred Dunhill Links tees off in Scotland on Thursday and it is back for its 15th anniversary.
This is all part of The 2015 Race to Dubai, which is Europe’s equivalent of the FedExCup. There are four multiple winners from this season’s Race To Dubai turning out at St Andrews and they are Danny Willett, Branden Grace, Andy Sullivan and Thomas Pieters.
This of course is a testing event as it is played over three courses, Kingsbarns, Carnoustie and the St Andrews Old Course which make up the setting for the US$5million event. It is Germany’s Martin Kaymer who is jointly heading up the market at a price of 16/1 with Coral.
He won the event in 2010 and while he is looking for his first win of the season the in-form Branden Grace may have more appeal for punters at the same price after his wins at the Alfred Dunhill Championship and Commercial Bank Qatar Masters this season.
Some fantastic golf action to come from the triumvirate of brilliant links courses. There will be some geat 2 or 3 ball betting to get done and when you place a 2 or 3 ball acca during the event and only player of the bet lets you down, then Coral will refund your lost stake as a Free Bet up to £25.
